COURSE

The 5K and Half Marathon races will start and end near the Mississippi
River on beautiful St. Feriole Island. The Half Marathon will begin
at 7:30 a.m. and the 5K at 7:45. The course will remain
open until 11:30 a.m. Aid stations and medical personnel will not be
available after that time. No bikes, strollers, or roller blades allowed.
Events will be held rain or shine.

AID STATIONS
Aid stations will be located frequently along the route to provide
water and sports drinks. Post event food and beverages will be provided for all racers.

FACILITIES
Bathroom facilities will be available at start, finish, and many
other places along the course. Parking will be available near
course start and finish line. Police and medical personnel will
be on hand throughout the course.

AWARDS
Finisher medals will be given to all walkers and runners who
complete the race. An awards ceremony will be held at 10:30 a.m.,
with medals awarded to the 1st place male and female finishers
overall, and to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female finishers in
each age category. Age groups will be 19 and under, 20-24, 25-29,
30-34, etc., up to 70 and above. All participants will receive a
T-shirt and goodie bag.

PACKET PICK-UP
Packet pick-up will be at the Prairie du Chien City Hall, 214 East
Blackhawk Avenue, from 5:30 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 30.
Race day packet pick up will be near the race start beginning at
6:00 a.m. Race day registration ends at 7:00 a.m.
